Optus contracted the GUC Communications team to relocation existing Fibre Network as part of a Road Wideningupgrade.

GUC completed the Project in stages as per the Road Widening Constructors Program.

The Project entailed the following

• Cable Installation x 2400m
• Recover Cable x 2400m
• P100mm Installation x 2 x P100mm Conduits x 850m
• Pits x 5
• Non Destructive Digging over the Existing IOF in multiple locations due to the IOF Fibre and Road Widening Constructors preferred Methods

Global Utility Construction own, operate and service all of the plant and equipment utilised throughout Ourimbah Project.
